Opening hours

The opening hours are indicative. It is also possible to book an emergency appointment or a late appointment if you have late time off work. It is best to make an appointment in advance, as some of the clinic's treatments take 2 hours. You can book an appointment online here or by phone 9199 8988.

If you call without me answering the phone, I will get back to you within 24 hours. As I am fully focused during the treatments, I do not answer the phone while I am treating.

The clinic is closed on Christmas Day and around New Year.

Trigger Point & Mobilization

Treatment of pain conditions and/or tension using pressure on myogenic (muscular) knots. The various muscles with a direct or indirect relationship to the problem zone are palpated and both the active and latent trigger points are treated.

At the same time, various joint release techniques are used such as stretching, passive mobilization, isometric exercises, Janda techniques etc.
